On Friday, our country will be affected by mainly stable weather conditions.
According to the forecast, the weather will be clear until noon, while thereafter, an increase in average and occasionally dense cloudiness is expected in most of the territory. In the afternoon and evening, the weather will return to mainly clear in most areas of the country.
From noon to the afternoon, light and short-term rainfall is expected over most of the territory, with the exception of the coastline and locally the Western Lowlands. In the mountainous areas of the east and south, rainfall may be accompanied by short periods of thunderstorms and electrical discharges.
Rainfall will cease across the entire territory after the afternoon hours.
The wind will blow mainly from the northeast and northwest, with an average speed of about 7 m/s. Along the coastline and in the valleys, the wind will occasionally strengthen to 14 m/s.
In the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, waves are expected to be low, with force 1 to 3.
