" It is necessary, there are 3-4 negative points that do not belong to democracy. Those points have allowed the parties that take power to either hold it for a long time or to abuse the society because they have safe elections. The main one is who will count the votes, the party that is in the race? Do you understand where we are? The parties are competing and counting the votes. So a new party that can emerge to eliminate other parties, they cannot do it. These are 2 parties that have no vision for the time ", said Ngjela.
While he said that the parties should not have control over the counting of votes, Ngjela underlined that if Prime Minister Edi Rama gives Albanians the absolute right to free vote, he will enter history in a triumphant way.
" If Rama gives Albanians the absolute right to free vote, he will enter history triumphantly. If he doesn't understand that and considers his prime ministership to be more on a ship that doesn't know where it's going... Great prime ministers have gone down in history by taking a dangerous crossroad and resolving it. This is our crossroads, votes are not counted, they are manipulated. We must have a constitutional institution of a high level controlled to the last level, taken from the western countries so that we can start the process of free voting. Ask Rama, he understood and did it, it goes down in history ", underlined the lawyer.
