Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on yesterday's tensions in the 'Media' commission, where MPs Gazment Bardhi and Flamur Noka clashed with Flutura Açka, interrupting his speech and removing the microphone.
He said that this situation came as a result of the opposition's poor mental state. Njjela said that such cases happen when the opposition loses hope that it can take power while adding that such cases will be repeated.
"The opposition is in a bad mental state. We have no other way to explain it. When the opposition loses hope in power, the loss of balance begins and this leads to low-level aggressiveness. This is an axiom in political crimes. The opposition always falls into a heavy mental state if it loses hope even after 10 or 12 years have passed without taking power, and we will have more such cases, " said Ngjela for "Report TV".
According to Njjela, the opposition MPs should understand that this kind of behavior keeps them more and more away from taking the power of government.
"Parliament has lost the political war. These are in a state of mind not clear about the time. They had deficiencies in political consciousness, but the crisis brought them to the fore. They have no strength to resist it during a deep loss. The balance will continue to be lost step by step. I have 4 such cases in the opposition parliaments that have lost. Here you will see court proceedings, but will they be able to understand that that path cannot bring them to power, it will remove them once and for all? I don't know, they should look at it carefully" , said the lawyer.
