Given the fact that the person under investigation wrote to AR, 'he will come with a CD', suspicion arises that the person under investigation may be collaborating with citizens who drive with diplomatic license plates.
There have been accusations among politicians for decades that ambassadors and diplomatic posts have been involved in drug trafficking. Meanwhile, SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation have been able to prove that the person used as a courier (transporter) of cocaine and money from Antwerp, Belgium, to Switzerland has diplomatic status and uses a car with CD license plates.
This is also evidenced by the communications that the Special Court has assessed as evidence to issue 20 arrest warrants. This episode dates back nearly 6 years ago, in 2020, at a time when this ministry was headed by Edi Rama, and the Deputy Foreign Minister was Gent Cakaj.

The person under investigation AR, as evidenced above, has used two PINs to communicate on SkyEç, specifically 30T4KH and LOS9EF. In the following communication, dated 08.08.2020, AR, (30T4KH) writes to the person under investigation AH, (7B9F5E): 'On Monday, that CD comes, you take 5 for us in Switzerland, brother, how do I speak, when you come, you take it, how do you say?'.
From the analysis of this communication, starting from the fact that the person under investigation writes to AR 'that he will come with a CD', the suspicion arises that the person under investigation may be collaborating with citizens who drive with diplomatic license plates.
Subsequently, on 10.08.2020, AR again reminds AH about the person who will take the narcotics to Switzerland and tells him that he will be in Antwerp at 12 o'clock.
On 09.07.2020, AR writes: 'Cpb brother, those Swiss francs are all ready, says Nurja, but the thing is that that driver CD can't go until the end of the week, do you have anyone there to pick them up?; Leave him alone, I'm telling him this; Don't you have anyone to talk to about speed, because I'm talking too.; He's on delegation, says Nurja, that's why he doesn't move'. This communication proves to us the fact that the citizen who received the narcotic substance on 10.08.2020 in Antwerp, with the aim of transporting it to Switzerland, is in fact employed by a diplomatic corps.
