The 2008 founding act raises questions about possible benefits from the decisions of the government of the time
Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who is being tried in the GJKKO for the 'Partizani' file, seems to have new troubles with justice. This is related to a new corruption file for which SPAK may be put into motion. Journalist Adriatik Doçi has published on the social network the document that links Jamarbër Malltezi with the company "Environment and Sustainable Development".
"What connects the son-in-law to the company 'Environment and Sustainable Development' and did he receive money in exchange for his father-in-law's VKMs? A new corruption file towards SPAK. They say how to try prison once and then become a road!" , writes journalist Doçi, as he publishes the following document.
The 2008 document sheds light on Jamarbër Malltez's connections with the "Environment and Sustainable Development" (ESD) society.
The company's founding deed, drawn up on October 7, 2008 in Tirana, lists Jamarbër Malltezi as one of the founding partners, along with Ardian Shehu and Lirim Selfon. The document was filed with the notary's office and provides for the creation of the company "Environment and Sustainable Development" sh.pk, with the initials ESD.
On October 7, 2008, ten days before Sali Berisha signed the decision to permit the construction of the "Ashta" hydroelectric power plant, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi created the shell company "Environment and Sustainable Development" sh.pk, with the purpose of environmental studies for the construction of public works.
So, the son-in-law Malltezi created the company 10 days before his father-in-law, the prime minister, Sali Berisha, signed the decision to permit the Ashta hydroelectric power plant, a fact that proves that they preceded every public project with schemes for personal gain.
According to the BKH file, the son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi has influenced through his father-in-law's power to benefit millions of lek from the Austrian concession company "Energji Ashta", extorting it through fictitious letters with his company "Mjedisi dhe Zvolju i Zendruëme" sh.pk
The criminal file proves the fact that Jamarbër Malltezi, immediately after the approval of the permit by Sali Berisha, benefited from the Austrian company "Energji Ashta-Bushat" 81 million lekë found in the documents, while in fact he benefited from 310 million lekë for alleged environmental studies and received 400 million lekë in bribes for interference in the Energy Regulatory Authority. / Pamphlet /
