Bablok has decided to give this amount of oil reimbursement in cash to the farmers of Albania for 2024, while for the products coming from import, it has removed the customs tax with the reason of the "Open Balkans"...
After the termination of the EU grants, which were given through the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development (AZHBR), the government has minimized the support of productive farmers in agriculture for 2024, deceiving them again for oil reimbursement.
The fact that taxes have been increased, that the central VAT tax has not been removed and financial refunds have been reduced for the raw material of agricultural machinery, which is oil; creates doubts that the government policy in agriculture is to suffocate domestic production and favor monopolies of imported products.
By Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 130, dated March 6, 2024 "On the support of the measure of financing farmers' oil for the year 2024" signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, it is established that the government is mocking the producers of the agricultural sector.

With this decision, the benefit of oil compared to 2023 has been reduced 4 times; The "ustallars" of the government have set deliberate criteria, so that farmers who do not have 1 hectare of land, or 10 plots of 1 dynym each, will not benefit from oil at all.
In order to hide the fraud and justify the reduction in the amount of oil reimbursement, the government has divided the farmers into groups, even within the type of sector.
In the first group that benefits from 97 liters of oil per hectare, there are farmers who cultivate corn, beans, sunflowers, soybeans and sorghum; who are given 9.7 grams of oil per square meter of planted land.
In the second group, who benefit from 66 liters per hectare, there are farmers who produce wheat, oats, rye, barley, potatoes, tobacco, beets, cotton, who are given 6.6 grams of oil per square meter of land.
In the third group, who benefit from 46 liters per hectare, are farmers who cultivate fodder, aromatic and medicinal plants, who are given 4.6 grams of oil per square meter of land.
Apple growers benefit from 9.7 grams of oil per square meter; growers of all other types of fruit trees and olives, citrus fruits and vineyards benefit from 8.2 grams of oil per square meter of planted land; while from 7.7-8 grams of oil per square meter, farmers who cultivate walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts, types of vegetables including watermelons, melons, strawberries and producers of plant seedlings and orchards benefit.
Bablok has decided to give Albanian farmers this amount of oil reimbursement with lek in hand for 2024, while for the products coming from import, it has removed the customs tax due to the "Open Balkans"./ Pamphlet
