Investigations on 'January 21', Spartak Ngjela: The servers of the

The lawyer Spartak Ngjela made a strong statement where he said that the servers of the Prime Minister's Office on January 21, 2011 showed Berisha with a gun in his hand. Njjela said that they were destroyed by the former prime minister, but the foreign experts who analyzed them brought out all the evidence and the orders given by Sali Berisha.

The lawyer, also speaking about the High Court's decision that the case be investigated by SPAK, said that this body will bring justice to the country, while adding that part of the evidence is precisely the footage from the servers of the Prime Minister's Office.

"Time brought Albania to enter the path of justice. The lack of justice started in 19945 and since 1192 until today it has been trampled by absolute power. January 21 is one of the most serious crimes that happened in Albania and it is all documented. The then Prime Minister Berisha crashed the Prime Minister's servers and this is full proof. We were naive and ignorant because servers don't break, but they are whitened with high technology. They were discredited by the American expertise and Berisha came out with a machine gun in his hand, which they took from his hands.

This is clarified by foreign experts and laboratories. That's what they told me. 4 people have been killed and you must understand that prosecutors involved in this have been implicated and should go to criminal proceedings. There is nothing left, as this has been revealed for a year or so. Very good that the Supreme Court returned it to SPAK and now they will look at the evidence against the defendants that will be taken in this case.

SPAK is uncorrupted and run by the US, it has paid for the reform and I will definitely give justice. Not a few will be arrested. The servers of the Prime Minister's Office have recorded everything that happened that day. If it were not for these evidences, the case would not be reopened. SPAK is not afraid at all since the Supreme Court has taken it and now SPAK is obliged to investigate", said Ngjela in a statement for RTSH.
