Other phone conversations between the former director of IMT, Mariglen Qato, the former director of the Waterworks, Redi Molla, and the businessman Nestor Muhametllari, who owned the de jure company 5D, in which public tenders were channeled, are revealed.

Citizen Nestor Muhametllari for the period from 20.09.2019 to 07.06.2023 had 1011 phone calls (including missed calls) with citizen Mariglen Qato, with no. 06920*****, registered under the name "Mer Calm down". For the above period, the citizen Nestor Muhametllari also had telephone contacts with the citizen Redi Molla with telephone number no. 0692582402, which includes 528 telephone calls, contact registered under the name Redi Molla. It turns out that the citizen Taulant Cjapi was employed in the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk Between the citizen Taulant Cjapi and the citizen Nestor Muhametllari on 26.07.2021, the following conversation took place:
Taulant Cjapi: "today I found out that they told you to remove Landi from work, you're in the trash, because as far as I know, I've been doing it since day one without you leaving the child without bread.
Nestor Muhametllari : "O Land, I did not bring you, nor did I remove you as a friend... the decision for you came to me."
Goat: "Brother, let's go to work."
Muhametllari: "Speaking of Landi".
Cjapi : "Let's talk with you. You said it was a good thing that you didn't do anything while I was looking for a job every day for your sake, and you said that you did it for nothing. That's how you told me on the phone, I know that I have behaved well.
From the content of this communication, it appears that although the citizen Nestor Muhametllari is legally the administrator of the company, he is not the one who in this case decided on the hiring or dismissal of the citizen Taulant Cjapi. But the decision was taken by the person named "Meri", by which the above persons refer to the citizen Mariglen Qato.
On 25.03.2022, citizen Jonida Hoxhaj sent citizen Nestor Muhametllari a message with the content: "Nestor, when will we implement that regulation because the laughter of the judges can be heard all the way down to the reception.
The citizen Nestor Muhametllari answers that: "I will meet him (R) if he has read it". This communication also testifies to the fact that the decision maker for the daily affairs of the company, including the approval of the internal regulation. it is not the citizen Nestor Muhametllari, but the person identified by him with the name (R).
During the investigations, the Samsung S8 mobile phone was seized from the citizen Nestor Muhametllari, for which a technical examination was carried out. From the review of the data obtained through the technical expertise, it has been found that this device was used for a few days, but there are some communications with evidential value on the facts that are the subject of the proceedings. Specifically, from the extracted data, it has emerged that the citizen Nestor Muhametllari has had communications with the citizen Mariglen Qato, registered under the name "Mer Qato", where in one of the conversations he also sends a document that he describes as "the application for Yzberisht".
It also turns out that the citizen Nestor Muhametllari had communications with the citizen Redi Molla, where they talk about meeting. On 12.11.2021, the following conversation took place between them:
Nestor: Ok, that's it.
Nestor: the answer came.
R. Molla: Nonaaaaaa.
This communication takes place in the context of the development of a procurement procedure that aims to carry out works in the place called "Dry Lake, which was acquired by the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, a procedure which is analyzed below, as part of the criminal fact subject to proceedings, Similarly, on 15.11.2021 citizen Redi Molla writes messages with the caption "Tuto.
