A super investment on the coast of Durrës, worth 15 million euros, is being built by some of the directors of the Tirana Municipality and their family members.
But beyond that, from the investigations carried out by the prosecutor Klodian Braho, strong suspicions have been raised that Erjon Veliaj is also a shareholder in this 5-star hotel.
Such a fact came out through a conversation conducted by Jona Bejko, an employee of the company "5D Konstruksion" with another person, whose phone was seized by SPAK and whose communications were discovered.
In these conversations, Jona Bejko sends him the photo of the hotel "IHG Hotels" that is being built on the beach of Durrës, affirming that: "...our owner, Lali Eri....and these...".
This conversation raises big questions about the role of Veliaj in this investment, at a time when almost three of its directors are shareholders with full papers in this hotel.
According to SPAK, Jona Bejko also had interesting conversations with the user of mobile number 4915236508XXX, identified as Arban, with whom she had a series of conversations related to her daily work.
In some communications Jona Bejko talks about the owner of the company and the activity of the company.
Thus, on April 7, 2021, Jona Bejko explains to the other person that:
"They took my boss from the Laprak unit, knowing that the property belongs to the state, and told Jona to engage with the elections....... I was surprised...
....The boss told me that's how they hired me for you... Come on, imagine.... I was hired, with you even if you work in private.... I'm on the edge of the stairs like the work of this owner of mine. ...Pffi.... Yes director... You tell me this director of the municipality.... He is in this unit...".
Meanwhile, on January 6, 2023, Jona Bejko sends the interlocutor a photo where an object is visible and then this conversation takes place between them, where Jona complains that she only gets 600 thousand lek for all the work she does: Jona
: "We are building this hotel. Our owner is a shareholder... Lali Eri... And these.
And I only get 600,000 stinking lek...". A fight broke out here from the office... Nestori had a bad time with the head of finance... She slammed the door in his face... He chased her away.. . Q.Rr,., It's good that you straightened up".... "I don't know what's going on here... Nestori told you, so you're on whose side you are...".
In the 5-star hotel "IHG Hotels" that is being built on the beach of Durrës, there are several owners, including the two directors of the municipality of Tirana, Redi Molla, Elvin Tivari, the latter's cousin Bledar Tivari.
The company announced as a strategic investor is owned by Bledar Tivat, an exposed owner with a modest percentage and no business history, as well as owned by 4 companies such as: "Etitur", "Daktur", "Restur" and "LANDËAYS INTERNATIONAL".
Behind the company that claims to be bringing an international brand like "IHG Hotels & Resorts", are former waterworks employee Elvin Tivari, owner of the company "Etitur" with 100 lek of capital, Redi Molla behind the company "Restur" with 100 lek of capital, Dritan Kadiu owner of the company "Daktur" and Gazmend Haxhia, owner of "LANDËAYS INTERNATIONAL".
Haxhia is a crooked character for corrupt tenders by Mirela Kumbaro and for other dubious activities.
The four people behind 4 companies with strange names have contributed between 200-230 thousand USD to the Mediterranean Investment Group company that claims to build the 5-star hotel.
Apart from Kadi and Gazmend Haxhi, who is a shareholder in about 8 companies and has a business history, also as a co-owner of Polis University, the other three people are subscribers in business and have founded several phantom companies with a capital of 100 allek.
The companies were all founded in 2020 and have no documented activity, which raises many doubts about this investment.
Meanwhile, as the construction subject in this hotel is the company "5D Construction" with fictitious owner, Nestor Muhametllari, while its real owners are Redi Molla, Mariglen Qato, Taulant Tushe, Elvin Tivari./Ora News
