But if the return of this property has been favored by decrees, decisions or even special laws to accelerate precisely the alienation of this property and then its return, we are undoubtedly dealing with misuse of duty here. What clearly stands out is a kind of haste to execute decisions in conditions where persons are not yet considered defendants but are persons under investigation ," said Kikia for "Ora News".
