Details from the serious event of the previous day, where Tom Doshi clashed with the Molla brothers, threatening and physically attacking them for a property in Velipoja, are revealed.
It was the citizen Prek Molla himself who reported the conflict with Tom Doshi to the police of Velipoja. Prek Molla suffered minor physical injuries, while the conflict has been going on for many years in the area of Rrjolli in Velipojë, where both sides have claims for ownership.
Meanwhile, " Pamphlet " has provided a letter that the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office has sent to the State Attorney's Office, in which it is confirmed how Tom Doshoi has benefited from thousands of meters of land with forged documents.
The prosecution requests the State Bar to deregister this property, as it was obtained with forged documents.
This property was sold to the citizen Sait Fishta, also to the deputy Agron Çela, where today is the Grand Hotel Europa in Velipoja. So with a court decision by the judge, Besnik Hoxha in 2004, Sait Fishta and Esat Ademi benefited. Later, the prosecution's investigations showed that the documents were forged.
Then the beneficiaries of the land in the village of Rrijoll sold it to Tom Doshi. In this village, 96,000 meters of land were obtained with forged documents, of which Tom Doshi has 74,000 meters. This fact is ascertained by the prosecution.
" The registration of this property was made with the card vol 2, page 198 and on 12.08.2005 the certificate of ownership was issued in the name of the citizen Gac Pjetër Noga (Laca). The application and submission of documentation to the ZVRPP Shkodër was made by the citizen Marash Laca, where, among other things, he submitted the original copy of the decision of the KKKP no. 5, dated 14.06.2005 (acquisition of ownership act). Afterwards, this property was alienated, where initially the citizen, Marash Laca, sold it to his wife, Elsa Laca, who then sold it to third parties. This land has been acquired by forged documents, since the act of acquiring ownership which is the decision of the KKP. 5, dated 14.06.2005, based on the decision of the Shkodër Judicial District Court no. 1954, dated 28.12.2004, decision which was taken with falsified documents ", it is emphasized in the letter of the Prosecution, which informs the State Bar that it has started the disciplinary proceedings for this case.
The falsification of the documentation is also clearly visible, as the last name Laca is used in the documents, while it is actually Luca.
