File for microcredits! The couple got a loan to furnish the apartment, MCA

The name of the late Pal Trashaj, who sought help from justice over the years and who then ended his life, is one of the names of the citizens that the Tirana prosecutor's office lists in the long list of citizens who were harmed by the fraudulent microcredit scheme for which allegedly operated as a criminal group.

In the file investigated by Antoneta Sevdari, Ndini Tavani and Arben Agovi and which is currently being examined by the special prosecutors in Tirana, who will soon request a reassessment of personal measures, there are cases of threats to citizens to recover loans.

One of them is the testimony of the couple Kozeta and Pajtim Sinomati, who in 2009 received a loan of 500 thousand lek to furnish the apartment. But the MCA then took his three-storey apartment, seized his vehicle and bank accounts. Asked by the prosecution, they show how they started repaying the loan but never got out of this trap, while their persecution continued even from the bailiffs without telling you that in the meantime it was placed under sequestro and was published in the auction

In this form, there are suspicions that he took the property of 1700 citizens, which were transferred from the property of citizens to the property of MCA and Final.

The number of people who passed SPAK is 17 suspects, among them Olsi Ibro, who ended his life at the height of the investigation. All suspects are considered members of the criminal group to be investigated by SPAK. But an enforcement office suspected of fraud with serious consequences as well as micro credit Albania, Adca and Final are also under investigation for the same scheme.

The group says that SPAK was not created by chance and that they had a structure that lasted nine years.

Among the listed analyses, the three prosecutors who declared non-compliance emphasize the fact that citizens who were often pushed to get a second loan to close the first one, the interest on the loans went up to 700 percent per year. / TCH
