With 4 million euros, they couldn't even finish two hundred meters of good road, while a concert would bring in 100 million. So, instead of highways, stages could be built. Citizens might not have roads, but at least they would have somewhere to dance.
When Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that the government would provide 4.2 million euros from the Council of Ministers' reserve fund for Kanye West's one-day concert in Tirana, some citizens asked why a private activity should be financed with public money.
The Prime Minister explained it simply: the government would provide 4.2 million euros, but the economy would gain 100 million.
This account created enthusiasm at the government meeting. The ministers realized that Albania had discovered a new formula for development that other countries, with all their universities, institutes, and experts, had failed to find.
The Minister of Agriculture pointed out that raising a cow required years, food, water, veterinarians, stables, land and workers. Moreover, the cow could get sick, the milk could not be sold and the farmer could ask for subsidies. A singer, on the other hand, would come by plane, sing for two hours and, according to the new calculation, bring in 100 million euros. Therefore, it was proposed that the stables be turned into concert stages.
Even agricultural production was considered uncertain. Planting wheat required plowing, seeding, fertilizer, irrigation, and harvesting, while crops were threatened by drought, hail, and floods. The concert was certain. All it took was to pay the artist and the economy reaped 100 million euros overnight.
The Minister of Infrastructure explained that roads were much more difficult. They required projects, funds, permits, expropriations, concrete, asphalt, and years of work. Then they would split up and ask for more funds. With 4 million euros, they could not even finish two hundred meters of good road, while a concert would bring in 100 million. So, instead of highways, stages could be built. Citizens might not have roads, but at least they would have somewhere to dance.
The mining sector was also declared complicated. Oil extraction, as had been proven in the last 30 years in Albania, was unprofitable. Chromium and copper had to be extracted from the mountain, transported and processed. The singer did not need to be brought out of the underground; he would descend from the plane himself. For this reason, it was proposed that miners be trained in stage construction.
The Minister of Tourism recalled that traditional tourism required clean beaches, water, sanitation, roads, hotels and good service. Tourists complained, left negative comments and the police had a job investigating negative “reviews” of people asking for air conditioning. The concert was simpler: people came, paid, made videos, left and the government announced a 100 million euro profit.
Edhe arsimi u pa si një investim tepër afatgjatë. Një fëmijë duhej të studionte të paktën 12 vjet para se të jepte ndonjë kontribut në ekonomi. Një artist ndërkombëtar e jepte kontributin brenda një mbrëmjeje. Pastaj, siç e shikonim edhe vetë, ishte shembulli i Kanye West, që ishte pa shkollë dhe libri i parë në jetë që po përpiqej të lexonte ishte “Albanian Files”, të cilin ia dhuroi Kryeministri Rama.
Në spitale nisi zbatimi i metodës së re të shërimit. Në vend të pajisjeve mjekësore u vendosën altoparlantë të fuqishëm, me idenë se muzika ishte investimi më i mirë për shëndetin publik. Në Onkologjik u vendosën dy altoparlantë, sepse aty nevoja ishte më e madhe. Fondet e qeverisë do të përqendroheshin te financimi i këngëtarëve dhe koncerteve. Sa për skanerët, defibrilatorët, tavolinat e kirurgjisë, shtretërit e spitalit dhe pajisjet e tjera, ato do të siguroheshin me donacione nga qytetarët, sepse shëndetësia mund të priste, ndërsa koncertet jo.
Ministri i Financave bëri llogaritë. Një koncert në ditë, për 365 ditë, me nga 100 milionë euro secili, sillte 36.5 miliardë euro në vit. Dy koncerte në ditë e çonin fitimin në 73 miliardë, ndërsa katër koncerte në ditë në 146 miliardë euro.
Pas disa muajsh, qeveria njoftoi se Shqipëria ishte bërë fuqia më e madhe ekonomike në Evropë. Nuk kishte rëndësi që fermerët po braktisnin tokën, minierat ishin mbyllur, rrugët nuk përfundonin dhe pensionet nuk rriteshin.
Sipas tabelave të Ministrisë së Financave, vendi fitonte çdo natë nga 100 milionë euro.
Kështu, Shqipëria hyri në fazën më të lartë të zhvillimit të saj. Nuk kishte më nevojë për prodhim, eksport, industri, bujqësi, blegtori, krom, bakër, naftë, dogana apo rrugë.
U ndryshua edhe monedha kombëtare. Leku u zëvendësua me Biletën. Të gjitha pagat dhe pagesat do të kryheshin me bileta koncertesh. Me bileta do të paguheshin administrata, mësuesit, mjekët dhe punonjësit e tjerë të shtetit. Vetëm deputetët dhe qeveritarët do të sakrifikonin dhe do të vazhdonin t’i merrnin pagat në euro, si në kohën e vjetër.
Edhe pensionet do të paguheshin me Bileta. Pensionistët e fshatit do të merrnin nga një biletë në muaj, pensionistët e qytetit nga dy, ndërsa përfituesit e pensioneve të posaçme do të merrnin nga katër bileta. Biletat nuk mund të përdoreshin për të blerë bukë, ilaçe apo për të paguar energjinë elektrike, por pensionistëve u jepej mundësia të merrnin pjesë në zhvillimin e madh ekonomik të vendit duke dëgjuar koncertin në këmbë.
Mjaftonte një koncert në ditë.
Me dy koncerte, vendi zhvillohej dy herë më shpejt. Me 365 koncerte brenda së njëjtës ditë, Shqipëria mund të shpallej ekonomia më e madhe e universit, pa prodhuar as qumësht, as grurë, as naftë dhe pa përfunduar asnjë rrugë.
In the end, the Albanian people were declared the happiest people in the world. There was no longer any need for protests, because every problem was solved with a new concert. Those who complained about pensions, prices, hospitals, roads or schools were declared people who did not love Albania. They were ravens and crows, spreaders of pessimism, enemies of success and servants of foreign powers, which could not stand Albanian development. The squares were filled with people again, but they were no longer called protesters, but spectators; they shouted but the government turned up the volume so much that nothing could be heard anymore.
Shkrim i bukur, ironik dhe i vë pikat mbi i për aktualitetin shqiptar!???????????? Jemi vend i paradokseve. Për një këngëtar surrogato që i ka ikur lavdia dhe e bën famën me shoqërueset që zgjedh, duke i zhveshur për sensacion, u dhanë 4,3 milionë, ndërsa për shqiptarët e ndershëm injorim dhe arrogancë! Duhet patjetër rotacion politik ose do të shuhemi si popull prej Rilindjes që solli mjerim dhe shpopullim!
