Analyst Frrok Çupi said that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha controlled the judiciary, even when he was in the opposition, but now, the new judiciary cannot be dominated by him.
He said that Berisha knows that if handcuffs are put on him, they will not be taken off, as other, bigger files will be opened.
"Mr. Berisha is not in this position. In relation to justice, Berisha has two moments. One moment he controlled it, this moment he cannot control it. In 1998, Berisha did not comply with the court's decision to appear, there are 55 subpoenas. It has never been presented. In 1998, Berisha, although in the opposition, was in control of the prosecution, the police, and the strong parts of the state. It was not even thought that Berisha would be handcuffed as soon as his immunity was lifted.
This proves that the state today is another thing, justice today is another thing and cannot be dominated by Sali Berisha. As for justice, what Sali Berisha did this time with his maneuvers proved his characteristics, he is a coward, he does not go to appear before justice, he is a weak person, both morally and he is guilty.
