Journalist Artan Hoxha speaking about the case of January 21 stated that this is a much bigger event than just to understand who shot.
In an interview for the "Top Story" show, Hoxha stated that the Prime Minister's servers for January 21 were not deleted without saving a copy.
Regarding this copy, he said that it is not known who has it, but it is considered a piece of evidence for the event with four deaths.
"January 21 is a much bigger event actually, than who shot. It took the decision of the Strasbourg Court, which means that January 21 is a state crime. The prime minister in office never went to declare, the minister, the former prosecutor, the president, never went. The entire political elite of the country is involved.
Now we have forced the families of the victims to stand up... For me as a journalist it is a test. What was asked of us years ago, we were asked to hand it over to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, and now I say that we did well not to hand it over because it would not be investigated as it is today. They were still dealing with the shell that had been analyzed by the FBI. It is a recording of communications on the secret Garda channel. Camera servers have not been delivered. The issue is not only what happened on January 21, but what happened afterwards is even bigger.
