Eugen Beci, former Serious Crimes Prosecutor, said that the investigation into the unsolved murders of January 21, 2011, at the Prime Minister's Office, could be moved forward if the perpetrators are found.

How many methods will be used, the repentant, the forms of interception, to identify the exact person who received the order and convince him to become a collaborator and be valid evidence. The difficulty is the years that have passed and the fading of evidence, including due to the technology of the time.
The essence of this is that if you find the perpetrators, you can enter into a cooperation agreement with the justice system to go after the orderers, and the only agreement with them is cooperation with the justice system. According to the Criminal Procedure Code, it is only for the murder of Aleks Nika and the 3 injuries, while the others are closed.
"Strasbourg expressly states that the criminal trial is still open and says that the authorities must continue, to the extent possible, their efforts leading to the clarification of the circumstances and the punishment of those responsible where possible and appropriate," Beci said in "The Unexposed."
