Opposition Action, Spahiu: Why Berisha won't go on hunger strike

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, while commenting on the DP's decision to launch the protests, also focused on the May 11 elections. According to him, the DP paid 7 million euros for lobbying to the Americans, but left the commissioners without water and bread.

Regarding the statements that the DP may even go on a hunger strike, Spahiu said that such a strike can bring change, but only when it is done by the people and not by the employer.

" I say that they will not go on strike. Berisha is a wise and intelligent politician. He has high skills in politics, but we judge him as a leader and not as a politician. Here the analysis changes because it is not enough to be a wise politician. History knows wise politicians, one of the biggest failures that Berisha has had is that he is not managing to become the leader of the opposition. Berisha is deepening the defeat. Berisha is not 30 years old and has the luxury of leaving battles empty, every battle that passes is a loss for Berisha and not Rama. Berisha is trying to create a non-existent opposition. The DP paid lek to hire a consultant from abroad and left the commissioners without water on May 11 ," he said.
