The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Myslim Murrizi, was the next guest on Pamphlet's "Te Pashoq" Podcast, who spoke about the attacks on SPAK of former Prime Minister Berisha.
He said that he understands his statements, as Berisha has seen that he was treated arbitrarily. Murrizi said that all those who are attacking Berisha today are those who were serialized to him when he was in power.
Murrizi goes on to say that Dumani was part of the rotten justice system, where according to him today it is more rotten than it was. The former deputy said that there are prosecutors who have closed files that should have gone to prison immediately.
Edjona: Do you support Berisha for his rhetoric towards SPAK with his daily attacks on the head of SPAK, Altin Duman?
Murrizi: I understand all the statements that Berisha made after he saw that he was treated arbitrarily, but all those who are there in a way are those who were servile to Berisha when the former prime minister was in power.
Starting from Mr. Arben Kraja, former communist investigator in the years 92'-95' with Berisha's firm, Dumani has been appointed head of the tax force again by Berisha etc. It is not that these are saints, but they are part of the flock.
Every institution has its building and its people. If the building is good, the 20 prosecutors are rotten. Even the president of SPAK was here, he was part of the rotten justice system that the parties agreed to destroy in 2016 with the justice reform.
If they really wanted a reform, I wouldn't vote for it, just like I didn't vote on June 5 because I don't vote outside of what I believe in. I see it as a "rape" vote, perhaps from the affair they did or the temptations they gave to the internationals.
The system today is more rotten than it was. There are criminals who have closed files that should have gone to prison immediately.
Edjona: If SPAK had not dealt personally with Berisha, would this approach of yours be like this today?
Murrizi: I spoke before Berisha woke up, I spoke in July 2020, when I was labeled by Luli i Berisha as an enemy and I made Arben Kraja a rag in Parliament.
I broke up with Luli in 2018. I am not part of the herd. I don't exchange my freedom for any stinking chair in the assembly and I don't lick anyone.
