Five people have been arrested today, while two others have been declared wanted as they are accused of having, in cooperation with each other, alienated the documents of a piece of land in neighborhood no. 15, Durres.
Among those arrested, the former SP candidate in Durrës, Ardit Kërtusha, 33 years old, former president of FRESSH, was also taken into custody.
Ardit Kërtusha ran for SP chairman in Durrës in 2020 and then withdrew from the race.
On May 16, 2022, Ardit Kërtusha escaped an assassination attempt in a frequented bar in the Currilove area of Durrës owned by the singer Noizy.
Ardit Kërtusha, together with Leonard Kadrimin and MZ That is wanted, is suspected of abusing their duties in ASHK Durrës, facilitating the alienation of real estate'.
"From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, alienated the documents of a real estate (land), with an area of 151,000 m2, in district no. 15, Durrës. From the alienation of the documents, the arrested citizen Lirim Xhameta has illegally obtained a land area of about 75,000 m2, while citizen Dashnor Taulla (father of the 61-year-old arrested) has obtained an area of land of 76,000 m2. Citizens Leonard Kadrimi, Ardit Kërtusha, and MZ in investigation, it is suspected that by abusing the duties at ASHK Durrës, they have facilitated the alienation of real estate", the police informs.
