Electoral crimes, SPAK seizes the cell phone of the Democratic Vice Mayor and 3 officials of the Puka Municipality

The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office has carried out actions in the Puka Municipality, within the framework of a proceeding related to electoral crimes.

Four mobile phones have been seized by court order, including that of the Democratic Deputy Mayor of the Municipality, Ndue Suma. He was stopped by BKH agents while he was traveling by car near Durrës. 

The latter is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "giving rewards and promises", provided for by Article 328 of the Criminal Code.

Part of this proceeding are also other persons suspected of having committed electoral crimes during the electoral campaign.

The General Prosecutor's Office has taken stock of the complaints about electoral crimes, where a total of 107 reports have been registered.
