The former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has refused to sign the notification with the decision of GJKKO about the measure assigned to him, refusing to meet with the agents of the State Police, it is still unclear how this measure will be communicated to him.
Journalist Klodiana Lala reported that there were several different positions on this issue, while adding that the court is using the legal space.

There are several positions, different opinions that the Court has several mechanisms to communicate the decision directly to Berisha through his lawyers. Or a path can be chosen if a lawyer is chosen by the state. Mr. Berisha refuses to accept the court's decision. The court is using the legal spaces. We do not know how it will be operated in this particular case for the security measure, which will have to be communicated to him ," said Lala.
