In a completely unusual scene for one of the most powerful figures in Albanian justice, SPAK Chief Prosecutor Altin Dumani was photographed in the south of the country walking with his daughter, ice cream in hand. Wearing a jacket and with a relaxed look, Dumani has attracted the attention of citizens who are not used to seeing him outside of SPAK premises or press conferences.
