In the municipality of Librazhd, the voting process was interrupted at polling station no. 27/42. The commissioners have noted cases of voters taking photos of their votes.
The Commissioners reacted immediately upon noticing the violation of the Electoral Code, temporarily suspending voting to report the incident and restore normalcy to the center.
