Lawyer Edmond Petraj, speaking on the show "Të Pashoj" on the YouTube channel of 'Pamflet', said that Dumani's replacement must have a clean and unblemished profile. He stressed that the race is being influenced by both the Americans and the government.

But the characters that are there today have elements that have been bent in the media and others and others, before, for various reasons, I don't know, media work or I don't want to know, or denunciations or reports and others. This thing, is the administrative part of the institution, it is, it is the purity of the institution. And they seek to appoint someone who is at the level of Altin Dumani. Now who will fill them...

Petraj : One second. It's up to the High Prosecutorial Council. It decides.
-Look, once again... I had it beyond that. Do the Americans have it?
Petraj : Look, legally... with underground, it could be the Americans. With underground. With underground, it could also be the political part. But, the administrator who will occupy this part of the country that Mr. Dumani will leave, is... the administrator has four points.
