"I don't believe that we can have a political control by the majority of SPAK, but we can have people who are politically invested or in different forms to be not only in SPAK but also near BKH, but who are very important people because they are known with secret information, what is being said, who is being investigated and this can pose a problem as to how independent the prosecution is.

I believe that if it were not for the insistence of former ambassador Kim, Duman would not be in charge of SPAK today, it would be another leader, and all these elements create reasonable suspicion that certain segments may have deviations in the work of theirs", said Ferhati on the show "Euronews Albania".
