The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Blendi Klosi, was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV.
In the show, there was a debate between Neritan Sejamin and Klos, about the fact that the "dome" of the party, including Erion Veliaj, is not investigated and it seems that we have justice by way of direction, while the holders of the institutions, the prime minister and the mayor, do not bear responsibility. despite the fact that the institutions they lead are corrupt.
Excerpts from the debate:
Neritan Sejamini: You have experience in administration, can a general director, who comes after the minister, blatantly abuse and the minister has no knowledge?
Blendi Klosi: Which case are you talking about?
Ylli Rakipi: For example, when you were the minister, your directors did whatever they wanted and you didn't know?
Blendi Klosi: Undoubtedly, the hierarchy works as in any institution, as in your show, since you received the show and the hierarchy is judged, but the actions are everyone's individual. Everyone is responsible for what they accomplish in their duties.
Ylli Rakipi: At least Erion Veliaj should leave his position because four directors have come out who have made it a mess. They stole the municipality and the budget money.
Blendi Klosi: Erion Veliaj has received three mandates from the citizens. Each vote deeper than the previous vote.
Ylli Rakipi: Then one or three directors came out, in prison now, after stealing Erion Velina and the budget of the Albanian state. Erion Veliaj does not deserve to be in this position.
Blendi Klosi: This is a matter under investigation, when judged...
Neritan Sejamini: This is public concern. Even in public this is the main issue. How is it possible to investigate the directors and not Mr. Veliaj? You may not like this question, but it is on the mind of every Albanian citizen. There is an opinion that you control justice and take it where you want. You strictly punish an internal enemy, try to avoid a person who is dear to the party. Is it possible that the general directors, for decisions that have taken the political signature of the mayor, are corrupt, if they are, they have done all these flagrant things and the mayor does not know it? If he doesn't know, does that make him incapable? If he is not incompetent, shouldn't this person morally say, it is my responsibility to control these people, I am clean, I have not done anything wrong, but I will withdraw, because I am not good enough to control these people who have stolen? The holder must guarantee that his institution respects the public property, the budget, etc. Shouldn't he be held responsible?
Blendi Klosi: We as a party have declared since the first day, that we will never expect a judgment from our side, neither in defense nor in accusation of justice judgments. Until the justice has judged that some administrators, not for corruption, but for administrative problems, misuse of duties, in these conditions they are the ones who bear responsibility, for the task they have assigned... The minister does not know what the director does. The minister knows the principles, but he does not know what the acting director does. This is a universal principle. So, politically, we do not judge courts. Administratively, a minister does not know what a subordinate does.
Neritan Sejamini: It is his duty to know.
Blendi Klosi: No, it is not his duty at all.
Neritan Sejamini: So you hired a bunch of incompetents?
Blendi Klosi: The state does not take them, the law does. Therefore a decision has ten hierarchies. Why can you, for example, be a cameraman?
Ylli Rakipi: No, no, I see he did a bad job, I understand.
Blendi Klosi: Well, you can't be the cameraman, the director.
Ylli Rakipi: No, no, I didn't say why you don't become a director. He did a bad job, I understand. You don't understand the thief. He stole 300 million euros from you and you don't understand the thief, which means you stole them yourself, sir! Okay, okay, I agree, why are you coming here to say that the Socialist Party stole...
