We are reporting a theft scandal at the offices of the State Police. Today, on 02.08.2023, the Director of the Department of Information Technology in the State Police, the newly appointed (a few days before the arrival of Minister Taulant Balla) Ervin Muça, verbally ordered all database and server employees to immediately export all of the TIMS database on an external hard drive, on a large USB stick that was carried in this person's pocket.
This database includes Entry-Exits of persons, biometric documents, generals, criminal and non-criminal events, police actions, investigative files, lists of terrorists, car fines, secret territorial information, etc.
Seeing the absurdity of the request, some of the employees refused to be involved in this theft by notifying their boss Ardit Muço, who immediately notified all his subordinates by email and informed the General Director of Police Mr. Muhamet Rrumbullaku and the Director of Crimes Mr. Neritan Nallbati, so as not to be involved in this illegal theft process for exporting data to external drives that do not know where they go.
How did director Ervin Muça, who was previously accused of stealing data from Taxes (public case), do this work? He takes some of his friends from private companies with IT employees to Ermal Beqiri from Soft & Solution, who came during the afternoon hours near the DTI laboratory on Mine Peza street and performed the data export.
While waiting for the completion of the export process, these persons have stated that they are an IT employee of QKB and two others from the Horizon company, (remain to be verified). If they are from Horizon with nephew K52225004V, then the data went directly to Cyprus. The export process was done in the presence of Besjon Tanuzi, who has been a director for this theft for a week (appointed to the department without a security certificate and above all with an economic degree).
Ervin Muca, after finding out that Ardit Mucco was aware of this banditry process, ordered the employees to close all access to Ardit's email or any computer that is part of the State Police.
Also, Ervin Mucca has requested to urgently contact the person responsible for the cameras of the premises where the export was carried out by unknown persons, but at the moment the person responsible for the cameras has not responded. During the export, DTI police, Albana Vrapi from the Database Sector, Enkli Hoxha from the Server Sector, Egis Hidri from the Server Sector, Xhulja Collaku from the Server Sector, Elvis Hysi from the Server Sector were present during the export.
This is a theft of police data by a person who has not even been on the job for a month, and does not even have a security certificate. Appointed with the greatest secrecy to receive the data of secret police information as he did in taxes, we remember the scandal of the sale of data from the tax database that Ervin Muca saved from Alma Muca, the prosecutor, and Eni Qirjako and Andi Agaraj were easily convicted. Until a month ago, this person was the IT director of Cadastre, where he stole the entire database of mortgage assets of Albanians under the pretext of digital cadastre.
Go and stop the people who have the disc with sensitive police data in their pocket. This is an alarm that should wake up the whole country. Get the cameras, find the people. Time flies, tomorrow will be too late./Shkodra News
