Lawyer Maks Haxhia has spoken about the health condition of his colleague, Sokol Mêngjesi, who yesterday was transported by helicopter from the trauma hospital in Tirana to a hospital in Athens.
"I want to inform you about the state of health, yesterday the ambulance was flown to Greece to a specialized clinic and I was informed that the health parameters are in good health quotas.
The treatment will continue and it will take days for him to be ready to wake up from the artificial coma due to the damage he has to the nervous system and mainly to the edemas that are dangerous to human life when he suffers such traumas. We wish him a speedy recovery and to be in our arms as soon as possible. But above all for his own life, to have health, to minimize the stress for him and his family, but also for us", he said.
