The Special Court has dismissed the request of Artan Gaçi, the husband of Olta Xhaçka, for the removal of the seizure of the allegedly falsified property with an area of 5512 square meters located in Gjileka, Himara.
Judge Erjon Çela did not accept the request of Gaç where the surface of his land was owned by the company AG.TCC Shpk.
This area of land is suspected to have benefited from forged documents where Artan Gaçi gained the status of a strategic investor from this benefit.
According to SPAK, the former commander-in-chief of Himara, Jorgo Goro, in cooperation with officials of that time, alienated 5512 m2 of agricultural land with forged documents from state land to private land, specifically owned by Foto Mëhilli, who was his father. of Stavri Mehilli.
The transfer of the property to Stavri Mehilli gave the latter the right to sell it, where the investigation showed that 10 days later, on February 25, 12,677,600 lek were transferred to Stavri Mehilli's account from "AGTTC Hotel Management" company. in the name of Artan Gaçi.
From the data provided, it results that Stavro Mëhilli sold 12,677,600 ALL according to the contract, of which the first installment in the amount of 3,000,000 ALL was liquidated on 25.07.2019, through a bank transaction and the second installment in the amount of 9,677,600 ALL was liquidated on 25.02.2020.
Currently, the property is registered in the name/ownership of the company "AG. TCC" shpk is spelled SPAK.
Also, on March 28, 2024, the Special Court has put under sequestration the other surface of 5080 square meters, which results in the border with the other surface of 5512 m2./Ora News
