The manipulation of the evidence, by falsifying the testimonies, disappearing the interception minutes and dropping the charges for the persons participating in the attempted murder of Taulant Pepaj in Shkodër, has clearly implicated not only the prosecutor Xhevahir Lita but also the head of the investigation of serious crimes in Shkodër, with the initials "L".
The role of officer "L" is revealed during the communications carried out by Eljo Hato with Xhevahir Lita and then Lita with Bardhyl Bajri, where from the conversations "L" promises to disappear from the file of an interception, where the suspects talk about Bardhyl Bajri and holds a meeting with the interested parties orienting them what they should state when he questions them.
Bardhyl Bajri appears in this matter as a mediator, since his uncle's son, Behar Bajri, had initially talked with Xhevahir Lita to help the people in this criminal event and that Bardhyl would be the person who would maintain communication with Xhevahir Lita in the future .
In the file it appears that officer "L" suggests and advises that Eljo Hato, who participated in the gun attack on Taulant Pepaj, should not come out and stay hidden for a while.
In the "Metamorfoza" case, a clear picture is given of what kind of investigative massacre took place in the case of the gun attack on Taulant Pepaj and Mark Kolec, where the Shkodra prosecutor Xhevahir Lita synchronizes with the Shkodra police officer "L", falling agreed on the line they would follow during the interrogation phase of the suspected persons and the injured themselves, Pepaj.
These synchronizing actions come as soon as another officer with the initials EM interrogated Taulant Pepaj, whom EM realized during the testimony phase that he was not telling the truth and warned him that he risked up to 6 months of imprisonment.
Lita directs the members of the Bajri group not to deal with the EM officer, as he is mean and against them, but to meet "L".
After the questioning of Taulant Pepaj, the EM officer told Pepaj that he would be called to the police again, where this time he would be questioned by the chief of serious crimes.
As Taulant Pepaj left the police station, he informed "SKY" Bardhyl Bajri on the phone about the situation and then Bajri entered into communication with Xhevahir Lita, telling him that: "...an officer E, I questioned him and They said they will take back the chief for the rare crimes... Yes, it doesn't matter, brother, how the chief is doing. He told the truth, in these testimonies, he will be jailed for 6 months, these are the words. But Pepa told him because that's how it is all the work...".
On the other hand, Xhevahir Lita responds to Bajri by telling him that: "...he is very mean...he is against you...".
Then Bardhyl Bajri informs Xhevahir that a friend of his, who is suspected to be the same one who communicated on March 3, 3021 via Arsad Bashlid's SKY device, will meet with officer "L" that he did not know the other officer "E" .
At 8:30 p.m. Bardhyl Bajri, after "his friend" met with officer "L", also informed Xhevahir Lita, sending him messages: "...on Monday they left him to ask Bashli, that I met him this friend told him an hour ago that he asked Pepa 2 questions and that Bashli is due on Monday.... But about Hato, he told him to stay the next day, my boss...don't come out..."
Xhevahit Lita, regarding the questions asked by the judicial police Taulant Pepaj, writes to Bajri:
"...it's very good that I have given you the two questions...I have already written them on paper.......I need this Pepa, because the "threat" is a waiver...if you withdraw stop complaining, stop for the "intimidation" and all that is left is to fight...".
But on March 5, 2021, Friday, Xhevahir Lita communicates with Bardhyl Bajri and expresses his concern that one of the people who are in the wiretapping is talking and asks him to stop it.
It is about Mark Kolec, the person who was in the car with Taulant Pepaj, who talks for a long time on the phone with other people, telling them what happened and who the people were.
Lita sends messages to Bardhyl Bajri that: "...slow down a bit...the one who was with Pepa is talking...he tied her to a pole...I grabbed the wire and broke her head...give me another phone... .don't talk on the phone with him......the other one who was with him....".
Pas kësaj, Bardhyl Bajri komunikon me Taulant Pepaj i cili përgjigjet në me mesazhe "....Po mar vlla pa merak...Po e takoj unë.....Po e takoj unë...Nuk ban gja me dashje o vlla, i thashë un i kam mbyll ato punë. Ato djemt s’të njofin hiç...Kanë dalë për halle të veta ti qëllove rastsisht...Po s’kan pas punë me ty....Po e takoj e flas me të e po i tham, mos fol gja telash as kërkund...”.
Ndërkohë Bardhyl Bajri njofton Xhevahir Litën që kanë thirrur "Bashlin" dhe të atin me u paraqit të Hënën, si dhe i dërgon foto të një fletë-thirrje të datës 3 Mars 2021 të oficerit të policisë gjyqësore E.M për thirrjen e Fatmir Bashlit dhe Arsad Bashlit, për tu paraqitur në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Shkodër.
Xhevahir Lita, nuk humb kohë dhe i kërkon Bardhyl Bajrit që të takojë sërisht oficerin "L" dhe kur Lita pyetet nga Bajri, “…nëse ka mundësi arrestimi…?, Lita ia kthen që mirë do ishte të ishte i pranishëm gjatë marjen në pyetje edhe "L". Në rast se nuk është "L" mos të paraqiten personat në polici ditën e hënë.
Bardhyl Bajri e pyet nëse ka mundësi të arrestohen nëse nuk ndodhet "L" aty dhe Xhevahir Lita, i lë porosi duke i dërguar mesazhe:
"...ai Bashli të thotë kujt ia ka dhënë makinën...ia kam dhënë Xenit të thotë...ku ja ka dhënë në çfarë ore...që në mëngjes...të datës x...ku ke qënë... atë ditë...në shtëpi...e kujt është makina të thotë e imja ok...".
Pas bisedës me Xhevahir Litën, Bardhyl Bajri i dërgon mesazhe Arsad Bashlit dhe i tregon se çfarë duhet të deklarojë para policisë gjyqësore sipas porosisë së Xhevahir Litës.
Në linjën e komunikimit me Bardhyl Bajrin është dhe një person ende i paidentifikuar që ka njohje me oficerin “L” dhe bisedon me Bajrin përmes telefonit “SKY” të Arsad Bashlit. Biseda zhvillohet pasi personi është takuar me “L” dhe ky i fundit e ka informuar për hetimet. Ndërsa personi i ka hedhur dhe një sasi parash në makinë.
Personi që përdor aparatin e HIZOKF të Bashlit i tregon Bardhyl Bajrit, që do thirret Arsadi, makina e tij e blinduar do mbesë në kërkim dhe për punën e xhaketës së Hatos, po kryhen hetime në marrjen e AND-së dhe gjurmët.
