Commenting on the initiation of investigations by SPAK on "January 21", lawyer Romeo Kara stated that the chief prosecutor at that time Ina Rama, as well as the minister of the interior at that time Lulzim Basha, should be called to testify. According to him, justice is needed for the killing of 4 protesters.
"We have broken investigations for January 21, the servers were deleted, Ina Rama, Lulzim Basha and many others must testify. Why do these people remember that it will pass easily? Justice must be done," he said in "Report TV".
On the other hand, the representative of the Freedom Party, Faik Basha, while speaking about Duman's report to the Assembly, said that Albanian institutions have a duty to account. He emphasized that SPAK must also account for the accusations made by KLSH for the incinerators.
"Albanian institutions have a duty to be accountable and we saw a majority who was there applauding the one who has done the most damage because he has been in power for 12 years. I'm not saying to give files or investigative secrets, but to give an answer, no answer was given about the incinerator. "SPAK must give an account for the accusations made by KLSH", he said.
