What you see in these images is the car that crashed to death lawyer Leonard Dingo in the early hours of August 21st.
Two days later, the police discovered that the author of this incident was 22-year-old Erjon Kacani. He was driving on the secondary road "Plepa-Kavajë" and due to the speed exceeding the allowed norms, he killed the lawyer who was crossing the road.
After the collision, which was recorded in the footage of the security cameras, the young man left the scene towards the village of Kodër Arapaj, where he abandoned the vehicle and left without a trace.
The police are investigating the event as an accident and are continuing the work to arrest the author of the event, but the lawyer's colleagues see the event in a different perspective.
" It is unfortunate that in recent months we have had murders, attempted murders of lawyers. The last event where our colleague Leonard Dingo is said to have died in an accident but the mechanism does not indicate that we are dealing with an accident but murder. I'm not sure I don't recognize the file.
An accident is something that happens due to carelessness, but the actions after the accident make us suspicious.
