Nile fever has returned to Albania, where it has infected at least two middle-aged people in the Municipality of Elbasan.
From the unofficial data it is learned that as a result of this infection, the two infected people were diagnosed by chance and that their health condition is good.
In the Elbasan District, the health authorities have not yet reported on the situation of other affected people who may be infected by the West Nile virus infection, which is symptomless in about 80% of infected people.
Currently, in our country, during the last few weeks, cases have been identified mainly in Fier, Lushnje, Kurbin, etc.
