SPAK's investigation into the "Partizani" file, Ngjela: Berisha

Analyst Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the latest political developments, specifically the chaos caused by the opposition in the Assembly as well as the investigation of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha by SPAK for the 'Partizani' file.

Invited to faxnews, Ngjela said that Berisha has been charged and despite not going to trial, the trial can be held in absentia.

Njjela says that Berisha's approach to these accusations is wrong. He should go to Court and face it, because if he turns out not guilty, his non-wife in the US will be taken away.

According to Njjela, the recent actions in the Parliament are completely wrong as they will put even more weight on the shoulders of the former prime minister. The analyst also said that this path that the opposition MPs are following is without perspective, since violence cannot be used in a democratic country.

"Who allows you to create state destabilization. Who will pay the money? The people. Are they with the Albanians or against? What does imbalance mean? Who will pay the money? We are in NATO. Albania cannot be destabilized. Saliu wants to keep the queues but you can't keep the queues like this. The weight on your shoulders will collapse more. Wrong path and no perspective. Do you have or have people to support you? Try it out in the square. I took it out a while ago and got 600 themselves. Violence cannot be practiced in a democratic country. There is a constitution, a parliament. It worries non-women.

It started with non-women, then came the accusation in SPAK. Because it was the main reason for the non-woman. The main reason was corruption. It worked out. They took him as a defendant, even though he says he doesn't go there. They are without legal protection. This one says not to sign. You have heard that there are default judgments. Don't run away, lock yourself in a bunker and be punished. When the court sentences you and the decision is final, you are no longer a member of parliament. Will they arrest him? This makes an error that does not work. The current law if you don't show up he will arrest you. Are you able to defend yourself? Protect yourself. A judicial system can be overthrown because you will not go to court", said Ngjela.
