Two weeks ago, "Pamphlet" denounced the creation of a nepotistic family network by the Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj; who, in addition to taking her friends and the tribe with her, appointed Solora Llatja, the wife of the mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Llatja, as Cabinet Director and Chief Counselor, whom she left only as a counselor after the publication of the case.
But Minister Denaj is adding officials of the central administration, starting with the expansion of her cabinet, in which, on Monday, she increased the number of personal advisers to 13, when in the last 15 years, each Minister of Agriculture has had 4 advisers .
Their increase is not stopping; and according to the information that has come to us, Minister Anila Denaj has signed the order and sent it to the directorates of finance and human resources to appoint 7 more advisors, bringing their number to 20.
The organic structure approved by the Council of Ministers for the auxiliary staff, determines in a tax manner, that the Minister of Agriculture has 4 advisors, 1 Cabinet Director and 4 deputy ministers with 1 secretary each, divided according to sectors.
But Minister Anila Denaj, in order to deal with Albanian taxes, has issued an internal order to have 20 personal advisers in her cabinet, as if she is a NATO minister.
For example, the Minister of Energy-Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, who heads the department of nearly 60% of vital public services such as energy, transport, construction, hydrocarbons, mining resources, etc., has only 4 advisors.
The only minister with 9 advisers is Niko Peleshi, due to the specificity of his department as the defense sector, where 4 of the advisers cover cooperation with NATO and the defense ministries of the EU countries.
