It is suspected that 12 people have committed violations worth millions of euros...
When SPAK intensified its investigations, suspecting so far 12 people of violating tenders in the health sector regarding the issue of medical oxygen, one of the administrators of the companies under investigation turned to the Constitutional Court.
This is about Vladimir Vladimirov, who has been in custody since 2021, when the SPAK file was opened, and who, after SPAK checks and the blocking of his phone, insists in the Constitutional Court that his personal data has been compromised.
In this request, Vladimirov requests that the Constitutional Court order SPAK to destroy communications and personal data obtained from the examination of his phone and that are not the subject of the investigation.
Vladimirov's request is the next one here at the Constitutional Court and comes at a time when SPAK, in the last three years, has seized 978 phones.
Scrutinizing tenders in this field, SPAK also arrived at Vladimirov's offices, ordering seizures that, in total for this dossier alone, resulted in the seizure of several offices, resulting in a total of 30 blocked computers.
Pending the expert reports, SPAK last week questioned several employees, against whom charges are expected to be filed. As a case under proceedings since 2021, the results of the phone checks will be attached to the investigation.
The Constitutional Court has previously ruled in favor of Onejda Ymeraj, who was summoned in the Ahmetaj case, and journalist Elton Qyno, whose phone was blocked and the sources who informed him were sought. / TCH
