Lawyer Kujtim Cakrani said that one of the main factors why we still have conflicts over property are the Albanian institutions.

According to him, since 1991 until now, over 11,000 people have been killed in Albania due to ownership conflicts.

"Today in Albania, crime within the family due to property, or even outside the family of fellow villagers or other people with each other, the number of victims has increased to over 11,000 due to property conflicts. Over 11,000 people were killed in Albania by no invader who passed through this country. This is an alarm bell.

The Albanian institutions are also to blame, because they bring the Albanians into conflict when it comes to property issues, because the conflicts are open. Especially this in coastal areas where conflicts are raging and it is not known how many crimes there will be in the future", said the lawyer in "Good Morning Albanians".
