Jonaid Myzyri, Head of the Public Procurement Commission, has been taken under investigation by the Special Prosecution Office.
Myzyri is being investigated for abuse of office and favoring companies in tenders.
The head of the KPP appeared today at SPAK, the third time where he was also informed of the status of the person under investigation by the prosecutor.
It is reported that Myzyri's telephone was also seized for the purpose of the investigation.
Myzyri has been leading the KPP since 2020.
