Journalist Poli Hoxha spoke about the Shkodra massacre where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were killed.
He stated that the third person who was in the car together with the two victims was Ibrahim Lici. He emphasized that this is the reason why the police officers are also being investigated, who, according to him, allowed him to leave the scene.

Hoxha said that it is now necessary to investigate who ordered the assassination that happened in Shkodër, as according to him, the perpetrators have already been searched.
"This event, in my opinion, after it is taken over by SPAK, we will learn about the orderers because two wanted persons have been announced for the perpetrators. They committed acts of violence and blackmail in the city of Shkodra in the middle of the day. There are two people who are close to Bajrat and in this sense we have a clue.
