Journalist Anduena Llabani said that the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici was present in the massacre with 4 victims in Dobraç, Shkodra.
Invited to the show "Now" on Euronews Albania, Llabani said that Ibrahim Lici was wounded by two bullets at noon on October 30, 2024 and was treated in the Tirana hospital.
" Ultimately, that person was Ibrahim Lici. This has been verified, it has been accepted by the police. He received two bullets, one in his hand and one in his stomach, and at that moment that we saw in the video, he was transported to Tirana where he received medical and legal treatment.
This is known by the police. It has been entered into the investigative file and work is being done to see who took it, who brought it and why it was there. That this fact is important is, "said journalist Llabani.
We remind you that the massacre of Dobraç happened on the afternoon of October 30, 2024. The victims were Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati who were traveling in the same vehicle, at the time when they were shot by another moving car. Hamza Lici died immediately at the scene, while Arlind Bushati died a few hours later in the hospital.
In addition to them, two bystanders lost their lives in this attack, husbands Flutura and Bashkim Basha. They were moving on a motorcycle when they were hit by the vehicle in which Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling.
