Opinionist Agim Baçi has commented on the Italian investigation about Albania by "RAI3".
Agim Baçi emphasized that according to him, Prime Minister Edi Rama faced a television that he cannot control.
" We know that the journalist stayed more than 1 month in Tirana and met many actors. The show of the first part was based on facts, facts that Rama does not like. Facts that forced Rama, in an unusual way, to make several days of replicas with Italian television. For the first time, he faced a TV that he could not control and could not put pressure on. The Albanian media has brought out facts and Rama has neglected them ," Baçi told News24.
Furthermore, the columnist said that Rama here in Albania has created a myth, which according to him can be demolished in shows such as "RAI3", while adding that Rama does not think he can be criticized.
"If a myth has been created here, it risks being overthrown in such shows on Rai3. We have debated bigger issues than that. Rama cannot think of being criticized", Baçi said
Agim Baçi also emphasized that he hopes that the RAI show will continue as he has warned.
" I hope that the RAI show will continue as it has warned, not that we need it because we know it, but how does Rama face journalists who cannot take the owner and pressure them, nor take them himself and threaten their family. Is it possible for Rama to respond to the Albanian media so humbly? ", Baçi said among others.
