Journalist Ermal Vija has given details about the placement of the tritol in the apartment of the judge of Shkodra, Tonin Sterkaj.

In an interview, journalist Vija said that the possible clue is that the person who placed the tritol was ordered to do something like that, as the latter did not leave a trace at the scene.

According to Vija, Sterkaj is a judge who has had criminal cases.
