The former head of the municipality of Shengjin, Salvador Kaçaj, appeared this Monday morning at the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.
The reasons for calling Kaçaj to SPAK are still unknown, but it is believed that his testimony is related to a report made by the representative of the opposition in Shengjin in last year's local elections, where Salvador Kaçaj denounced an assassination attempt on him to the local police of Lezha , where he stated that two people blocked his way with a vehicle, while one of them was armed with a pistol.
However, it is expected that after the testimony, Kaccaj will give a statement to the media.
