They are institutions that have failed in their work to prevent organized crime. Albania today is like Mexico or Italy in the 80s, " Cakrani explains.
According to him, the failure of the authorities to curb criminal gangs is shown by the fact that there are drug laboratories in places where senior politicians, mayors and VIPs live.
"In this country, there is a policy that supports crime and international traffic. If he wanted to fight it, he has it there. This is done to steal votes, because the elections are coming..." said the lawyer.
