Journalist Artan Hoxha has given new details about the brutal attack on lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, who continues to be in a coma.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit", Hoxha explained the attack on Mangjesi and the suspicions so far that this is an event related to a conflict between the lawyer and his clients.
He stated that when the lawyer won the ownership case, one of the clients did not want to implement the contract and allegedly ordered the attack.
" The incident is very serious, whoever it happens to. The only favor the perpetrators have done, they have waited to take the boy. They have shown themselves to be barbaric. As soon as he came out of the garden, he was shot by a person, who must have iron handle in the hand. The blow to the frontal part is quite large, there is a fracture.
At the first moment, he lost consciousness and fell to the ground, when he fell to the ground, the other aggressors went and kicked him in the head. He has lost consciousness and they kick him in the face again. There is also a kind of hate to do it. Later, the police were notified, the perpetrators left on foot, having previously calculated how they would leave. It was strange, compared to other events, they did not use masks, only a hat, which made them identifiable.
The lawyer was transported to the hospital, in the first moments when the check was made, he was conscious and then lost consciousness. He remains in serious, very serious condition. So the doctors explained to me that the lawyer cannot even be transported by plane to take him to an EU country, to give him more specialized intervention. He is in a very serious condition, he is intubated.

He is a lecturer, one of the lawyers who has some of the most important cases.
