The trial against Emiljano Shullazi, Viktor Imeraj, Lulzim Berisha, Plaurent Dervishaj, Indri Taullaut and Indri Rusi for the murders of Klodian Saliu and Vajdin Lame caused strong debates today on the psycho-legal expertise of the associate justice, Luftar Reçi.
The two experts from the Institute of Forensic Medicine, who examined Reçi's condition at the request and decision of SPAK, said that Luftar Reçi is responsible for what he has stated.
While the lawyers of the defendants said that the expertise for Luftar Reçin from IML was carried out under the pressure of SPAK and that the doctors were aware that he was an associate of justice.

" The trial against Emiliano Shullazi has a trial for the murder of businessman Vajdin Lame, a former high-ranking police official and of Klodian Saliu, one of the leaders of what was known as the Durrës gang. Both of these events took place in the span of 24 hours, in February 2004. For both of these cases, the prosecution has one person, a convict, Luftar Reçi, who has the status of an associate of justice.
For both cases, several criminal groups have been accused, Lulzim Berisha and Plarent Dervishaj of the Durres Gang, Viktor Ymeri of Vlora, the Shullazi group. The trial for Lulzim Berisha and Plarent Dervishaj has been stopped for the Vajdin Lame incident, they are being tried only for the case of Klodian Saliu.
For the other case of Vajdin Lame, according to the defense side, the repentant justice is unbelievable, but the prosecution has supported the statements of Luftar Reçi and the presence of the director of the police of Tirana, who was also a senior police official in the past, has been requested. He contacted Luftar Reçi several times when he was in prison. It was Agron Kulicaj and Tonin Vocaj who took his statements about important events, but they did not take his statements as reliable, because, according to them, they did not match the evidence they had, which would lead to the discovery of the perpetrators of the crimes . Very important characters have testified there and the media stays a little away from that. We are dealing with two very sensational murders that are without perpetrators, two very important people of that time ", said Hoxha for "The Unexposed".
