Expert Ervin Karamuço has commented on the serious incident in Greece, where an Albanian girl was abused for years by her stepbrother. Her father killed the abuser and Greek justice set him free today.
Karamuço spoke about the phenomenon in "Top Story", as he declared that the method of chemical castration for sexual abusers should be introduced.
" These predators have the same profile as serial killers. They just don't get pleasure from killing others but from sexual exploitation. We have had cases where someone abused women and then turned into a serial killer because he felt pleasure in feeling acts of perversion.
They do not have mental illness, they have serious personality disorders, but they are responsible before the law. It should be thought about in Albania because we are not giving the right answer and these are becoming cycles. Chemical castration, these people should not only be punished but castrated. These people should not think anymore but become incapable of even thinking and unleashing the burdens on our children. These are serial killers, they don't give up, they are repeaters ," Karamuço said.
