Road Safety Expert Fatjon Softa spoke about road traffic problems and the safety situation.
In an interview on the "Real Story" show on ABC News, regarding road safety, or even the use of radars as well as fines, Softa said that it is important to first have awareness.
"I have spoken several times about the problems of road traffic. And what we have discussed is who has priority, hidden cars or education. It is very important that we go to education. If we take Italy, radars are a technology that comes and evolves. The presence of human power on the road only consumes the police officer," he said.
He also stated that it is not normal for a police officer to stay hidden to set a trap or issue a fine.
" Italy has divided them, radars that are placed on highways, on city streets. We need to raise the level, the traffic police don't have to stay at the traffic lights in Tirana, let the municipal police be deployed ," Softa said, among other things.
