Zef Preçi, former Minister of Economy, commented on the territorial control reform recently introduced by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
" I am skeptical about these that are articulated as reforms, but in fact they are corrections of the deformations that the territorial management system has suffered, especially during the last decade ," said Preçi.
According to him, " it was precisely the government that, in the name of collecting water and energy dues, encouraged the listing of carbines in the Cadastral registers and also tolerated their sale in the dump ."
He also added that the government has tolerated " investments of dubious origin, with companies changing ownership ."
" It is a reform like the one on waste, the strategy for which is in force until 2035 and no one says why we abandoned it; as happens with the inspectorates, which have been changed more than 3 times. It is an attempt to reflect in the political rhetoric of the day the problems that citizens have, more than as an opportunity to correct them ", further emphasized Zef Preçi invited to the "Terminal" studio by Aurora Sulçe, on A2CNN.
