Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the trial against the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
Spahiu said that the US is preparing Hashim Thaçi's innocence and return to Kosovo.
"James Rubin's testimony comes on the heels of a series of testimonies by American personalities that will be followed by others who have prepared a defense strategy to lead to the innocence of the KLA leaders. It constitutes a turning point in the criminal process of the KLA leaders because it gives orientation to the court that it cannot impose collective punishment. Whether this is true or a strategy is irrelevant, but one thing is certain in the essence of the testimony: it seems that the USA was behind the entire KLA," Spahiu said on Report TV.
